Regarding sending or selling $FCL to another address, be advised that currently, it is not possible to transfer $FCL from your Wallet to Ethereum-ecosystem addresses, as Wallet is based on Polkadot’s Substrate. It is important to mention that Substrate-FCL and ETH-FCL are exactly the same tokens living on different blockchains. Therefore, they carry the same value – one is simply designated for the Polkadot ecosystem and the other for the Ethereum ecosystem.
